I want to use PayPal as my mode of payment but is your online store safe?
Totally! All online payments are processed via PayPal website which uses industry-leading technology to keep your information safe. Your data are automatically encrypted using the Secure Sockets Layer Protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available.)

Can I still use my credit card even though I don't have a PayPal account?
You bet! It is possible to go through the PayPal Checkout Process using your credit card without having to sign u for a PayPal account. After completing your payment, you will have an option to create an account with PayPal for future purchases.

I don't have credit card what are my other options?
No worries you can choose any of our offline

Do you accept international orders?
Currently not available

How long do reservations go? Do you allow extension?
You can count on it! Reservations go to a maximum of 4 days but we understand that schedules can be unforgiving at times. To extend reservation for your order, simply send us a message at support@esfolio.ph

I'd like to click add and remove a few items from my order. Is that possible?
No worries! You can edit the items of your order as long as you have not yet settled payment for it. Simply email us at support@esfolio.ph with Change Order as your subject.

I have already place my order but I'd like to change payment option. Is this possible?
Surely! For instructions on how to settle payment using your new payment option, you may refer to the Payment Methods page. However, If you decide to use PayPal as your new payment option, you may directly create a new order and choose PayPal during checkout.

Which courier will you use to deliver my package?
All domestics packge are handled by LBC Express.

How much are your shipping fees?
Free shipping on orders Php 999 and above
 0 - 300 php 150 SF
300 - 600 php 100 SF
600 - 900 php 50 SF

NOTE:
  • Shipment Schedule
    Packages are shipped out daily except on Sundays and Holidays. Shipment is scheduled day after payment confirmation.
  • Tracking number will be encoded from the time your package reaches LBC Express.
  • International Shipping currently not available.
Is my package insured?

No need to worry! It almost never happens that a package gets lost or gets damaged while in transit. In the rare event that something bad happens to your package, It would be nice to know it is insured and will be replaced.

I tried to locate my package using the tracking code you provided, but nothing shows up.

If you were not able to obtain the status of your package, please check again at a later time.
